Term of service:
Product pictures are meant to be representative of the product being sold. 
Slight variations from batch to batch are to be expected since these are hand made items.

Damaged Items will be replaced at our expense as long as you keep the original packaging and broken merchandise in case it is requested by the post office as proof of damage.
The insurance claim will be handled by us.  You don't want to have to deal with the post office insurance claim process.

Return Policy:
We acccept returns with 30 days of reciept.  Shipping returned items is at the customers expense.
Please insure they are shipped insured as I have had bad experience with customers packing arrows for return.
Returns will be compensated 100% at long as they arrive here in good condition upon arrrival.
If they are damaged, refunds will be pending USPS insurance claim payment.
